What currency will I be charged in? 

All credit card transactions are charged in NZ Dollars, prices in US, AU, CAN Dollars and GB Pounds are approximate, transactions are made in NZ Dollars and can differ slightly from the approximate prices due to exchange rate changes. We update our rates daily in order to minimise any discrepancy.

Do I need to take special care washing my Bra, Underwear or Lingerie ? 

If you prefer to wash your bras, underwear and lingerie by washing machine, we strongly recommend using a gentle wash cycle. The use of a lingerie wash bag will help prolong the life of your garment, you can buy a lingerie wash bag in our online shop.

In the unlikely event we are unable to supply an item we will refund the payment made for the item(s) that are not available as soon as is possible.
